Our laboratory uses network models and systems biology principles to elucidate and investigate biological regulatory networks. We are particularly interested in applying the systems biology principles to analyze cancer tumorigenesis, drug resistance, tumor heterogeneity, and the dynamic mechanisms of metabolic disease. Other interested fields are using machine learning-based approaches for systematic disease diagnosis and integrated analysis of multi-omics data.
